MCS was founded in 1968 with the goal of providing high quality computer services for a variety of customers. By 1970, we dedicated our services exclusively to Public Housing Authorities.
Our goal has always been to grow and adapt as a company, while providing our clients with industry leading-software, and providing the users of that software an unparalleled client experience. This is why we pioneered the development of our web-based software in 2003 and continue to develop that product into the industry-leading software many of you know today as PHA-Web.
However, PHA-Web has always been about more than good software. We are a family owned and operated company that has been built by incredible employees that we view as family, too. We pride ourselves on truly listening to our customers, and we have created a world-class support staff that (we believe) is leaps and bounds above the rest.
