Announcing User Manager

Management Computer Services, Inc. (MCS) is now offering PHA-Web, a new Internet based software for housing authorities. The User Manager is a component PHA-Web.

The User Manager allows housing authorities to setup and manager user access to PHA-Web. The User Manager is an administrative tool like the PHA Manager that provides the housing authority the ability to configure PHA-Web to meet their specific requirements.

Features availabe in the User Manager include the ability to:

Add and remove user accounts on PHA-Web.
Add or restrict access to major components of PHA-Web.
Add or restrict access to features of components of PHA-Web.
Select roles for each user.
Upload a signature file for use with the Letter Manager.
