The Section 8 waitlist is currently open until July 15th, 2022. You must be a resident of Edgewater or currently work in Edgewater to apply.

PBV (Public Housing) waiting list is permanently open to Veterans and Spouses of Deceased Veterans.
Must be a Senior Citizen 62 and older, or disabled and at least 55 years old and an Edgewater Resident.

Tax Credit (Senior Building) waiting list is presently open.
Must be a Senior Citizen 62 and older, or disabled and at least 55 years old.
