The Mobile Work Order software is an optional add on to the Work Order Manager component in PHA-Web that assists housing authority maintenance staff in completing work orders on a mobile device. The Mobile Work Order software works in conjunction with the Work Order Manager component of PHA-Web.
Maintenance staff can document the work performed, track the time to complete the work order. Inventory parts can be entered manually or barcodes can be scanned using a mobile device's camera.
The Mobile Work Order software works with most tablets and smart phones with a data plan. If the agency has the optional Document Imaging Manager, the camera can be used to attach pictures to work orders.
