Data Conversion

MCS offers extensive data conversion services to make conversion to PHA-Web as easy as possible. Data can be converted in a variety of formats including CSV files, fixed width and delimited text files, 50058 submission files, Microsoft Access data files and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

Information that can be converted includes applicants, tenants, landlords, programs, projects, buildings, units, inventory, fixed assets, tenant balance, vendors, portable housing authorities, landlord and vendor beginning balances, general ledger chart of accounts and general ledger account balances.
