available! The General Ledger Manager provides the ability to produce customizable
financial statements, 1099 processing and bank reconciliation. In addition, the General Ledger Manager
automatically tracks all transactions at the project level providing project based accounting compliance with no additional setup.
The Public Housing Accounting Manager is now
available! The Public Housing Accounting Manager includes both a receivable and payable component.
The receivable component provides the ability to bill rental charges, manage repayment agreements, generate late charges,
bill for work orders and receive payments. The payable component provides the ability to generate utility refund, deposit refund and
FSS checks. In addition, the Public Housing Accounting Manager provides direct deposit and direct debit capabilities,
delinquent family management and lockbox processing.
The Vendor Accounting Manager is now
available! The Vendor Accounting Manager provides the ability to receive and pay vendor invoices.

and generate and track purchase orders.
